 Product Owner Digital Health & Wellness– 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to help shape and grow our new digital Health and Wellness proposition within our Group Insurance business. This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful digital experiences that help members better engage with their health, wellbeing and insurance while contributing to Zurich's broader digital transformation journey.

Reporting to the Crew Lead, Group Digital & Member Engagement, you'll bring together customer insights, business priorities and technology capabilities to define product direction, deliver value and create experiences that make a genuine difference for members, partners and the business.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Defining and communicating a clear product vision aligned to customer needs and business strategy
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap that delivers measurable customer and business value
• Prioritising and managing the product backlog across feature, technology and compliance initiatives
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery outcomes
• Using customer feedback, insights and data to inform decisions and enhance digital experiences

You are someone who brings a strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and sound judgement. You enjoy working collaboratively, are open to learning, and take pride in making a genuine difference in the moments that matter.

To be successful, you will have the following:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital products and services
• Experience working with Health and Wellness products, digital health solutions or related propositions
• Exposure to the Group Insurance market and an understanding of partner and member needs
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering technology-enabled customer outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams
• A growth mindset with a track record of learning, adapting and delivering successful outcomes
